GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. DAMAGES: Any damages caused to the plant by the operators throught the misdirection of the Hirer's cost of repairs shall be borne by the Hirer's and the normal hire charges shall be charged to them for whole period of break down.

2. RESPONSIBILITY: The working of the units shall be entirely at I Hires responsibility and damage done to the Hirers goods property and personal or the third party elc, Shall be borne entirely by the Hirer's

3. RULES REGULATION: The Hirer's shall comply with and confirm to all the municipal and state laws and regulations or any other rules and regulations for the time being in force relating to the working of the plant and shall at his own cost obtain the necessary permit and licences for its working

4. LOSSES & DAMAGES: The firers shall have to identity us against al Losses, Damages to penalties from any action on account of any injury to person or property of any character whatsoever occasioned by the operation of the unit.

5. CHARGES: Hire charges shall run from the time the Plant leaves our yard ill the time it is returned there upto.

6. SUB-LETTING: The Hirers shall sublet or lend mortage or created line upto the plant or any part there of to any third party

7. RIGHTS: We reserve the right to remove the plant from the airer's charge at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever regardless where hire charges have been paid or not.

8. WIRE SLINGS TO SUPPLIED BY THE HIRER.

9. BREAKDOWN: For any breakdown in the crane whatever the reason, we will not be responsible for any sequences direct or consequential such as damage by way of non-implementation of Loading unloading operation etc. nor are we bound to replace the crane.

10. We are not responsible for the ownership of the goods at the time of handling the goods. Under no circumstances.
